For Transmutation of Thoughts and Inereasing Efficiency

The human existence consists of seven levels-physical, breathing, vital energy, mind, emotion, aura and consciousness. Through 'Preksha-Dhyan,' a negative aura can be transformed to positive. This will result in a change of personality. Regular practice of 'Preksha-Dhyan' activates the innate system and makes one feel healthy and happy.

Perception of breathing increases concentration of the mind. It trains the mind to do more work and be more productive. Respiration improves through the perception of breathing and the mind learns to reason and discriminate between good and bad.

Though these techniques of'Preksha-Dhyan' has been extracted from the ancient Jain Scriptures (Agamas) and restructured by Acharya Sri Mahapragya but its importance and relevance has been felt by each and every man irrespective of his/her caste, creed or religion.

It has proved to be a panacea for transmutation of thoughts, development of right emotions, positive thoughts and after all increasing the efficiency of mind and body.

Hundreds of successful camps and seminars at national and international levels have been organised to inculcate the techniques of the unique capsule called 'Preksha-Dhyan,' where professionals, gazetted officers, scholars, doctors, psychologists businessmen, political personalities, teachers and academicians have participated and have been benefitted.
