I am pleased to inform you that Samani Charitra Pragya ji is appointed as the new Vice Chancellor of Jain Vishva Bharati University [JVBU], who will be succeeding Samani Mangal Pragya ji.
Jain Vishva Bharati University is an endeavour in the direction of putting into practice and to promote the high ideals of Anekanta, Ahimsa, Tolerance and Peaceful co-existence for the weal of mankind. The spiritual voice of Lord Mahavira "Right conduct is the essence of knowledge" being the motto.
JVBU has witnessed outstanding allround progress under the leadership of Samani Mangal Pragyaji and I am sure that the leadership of Samani Charitra Pragya ji will take JVBU further on the track of progress and promoting the ideals of Jainism.
