In the year 2012 Chaturmas will be of 5 Months instead of 4 months. After 8 years it is going to be five month Chaturmas. Last in year 2004 we had a Chaturmas of 5 Months.
So naturally we get more time for religious activity, Jap and Tap and for Sadhana. Samvatsari will be observed in First Bhadva which falls in August.
