Paperback Book On 16 Bhavnas By JAINA
A paperback book on 16 Bhavanas published by JAINA is now available at Amazon!Click here to see the details: https://www.amazon.com/dp/1686644698?ref_=pe_3052080_397514860
Bhagwan Mahavir gave us 12 Bhavanas or Reflections to help us drive out the evil thoughts, and invite the pure ones. These bhavanas explain us the reality of our existence. In addition, Jain religion provides us with 4 other bhavanas that are action oriented. Whereas the 12 contemplative bhavanas explain the reality of our existence, these four bhavanas guide us about the virtues we need to develop. They are more action oriented and can be instrumental in improving our behavior and relationship with others.
In this book we bring you articles on all the sixteen Bhavans, originally published in the Jain Digest magazine during 2018. We hope you find these articles helpful in your spiritual journey. "

Wellness Challenge - "Be Vegan"
In this week's challenge you must “Be Vegan”. Preventing the exploitation of animals is not the only reason for becoming vegan, but for many it remains the key factor in their decision to go vegan and stay vegan. Veganism is defined as a way of living that attempts to exclude all forms of animal exploitation and cruelty, whether for food, clothing or any other purpose. A vegan diet excludes all animal products. Many people choose to eat this way for ethical, environmental or health reasons. Transitioning to a vegan lifestyle can seem really daunting but often the idea of a big lifestyle change is a lot scarier than actually doing it. If you focus on making one change at a time the progression to veganism will feel quite natural. It’s important to go at your own pace and to decide on a method that works best for you..
