Law of Attraction: Concept of Conscious Attraction
Law of attraction is a concept of “like attracts like” and it happens because of conscious efforts.
"Your thoughts and your feelings create your life.” Positive people always stay happy, and negative people always remain unhappy.
It is because of “law of rebound”. Whatever thought- be it positive or negative-you throw in the cosmos. It comes back to you with double force.
According to "law of attraction" the focus must be on goal, rather than on problem. For example instead of saying "I want to get good job” the phrase must be changed to “I have a good job that pays well." This phrase brings a feeling of being blessed and thankful. And, as a result of attitude of gratitude, a person is happy, healthy and satisfied. To achieve your desired aim, all you need to do is devote your conscious efforts to the practice of conscious attraction and that will cause positive particles from the atmosphere to flow to you.
Follow These Five Easy Steps:
Knowledge: Knowledge is important to make conscious attraction come true. Do you really know what you want? If you just wish for something to happen, it won't. The law of attraction really works only when you are clear about your intentions and your desire is approachable.
Visualization: Once you know what you want, then visualize it in your mental frame. Visualize that all the required particles are attracted and collected in your mind. Always use positive affirmations positively to visualize things. For example, instead of saying: I am not unhealthy”, you can say “I am full of health.’ See the image of your healthy body.
Belief: Positive statements create positive energies. In order to be able to accept your gifts you need to believe that they will be given to you. Only when you truly ready to accept your gifts from the universe will you receive them. It starts with positive mind set. If you question the outcome or the universal laws, nothing will happen, except that you'll spiral into a negative state. Hence, have a strong belief for your success.
Experience: Belief alone won't be enough either. You will also need to be alert to what is happening around you and see the opportunities that present themselves to you. Experience the sensation of having achieved the dream. Experience the reality of your dream in your every single activity.
Act: Conscious attraction works if you have your eyes wide open. With your broad vision bring your dream into your action. It doesn't matter if you really accomplished your goal or not, but act as if you got it. Stay positive. Sooner or later, certainly you will be surprised for having achieved your goal.
And, in this way, you attract that for which you are grateful. Visualize that which you are inviting into your life, feel what it will be like to - already experience it and feel the ” gratitude for what you have received. These are the ripples - that will set oceans in motion to literally deliver to you what you truly desire.
When we say “I thank you”, we open upto the power of the universal forces and align with the law of attraction. More enthusiasm, energy, alertness, social connection and spiritual well being are invited into our lives when we (literally or symbolically) make room for some joyful experiences and gratitude!
Being in a positive state of mental well being is yet another reason to give thanks with a grateful heart. The law of attraction helps to create simple abundance in a day to day life.
Where an attitude of gratitude is lacking, a list of complaints arises. Despite having all comforts, life is still filled with lots of grievance. This is the reason people carry overload of stress and tension, and why they fail to enjoy the present bright life. The only way to overcome stress, pain and sorrow is to apply the formula of “Law of attraction”.
This can be implemented by following 3 steps: 1. ASK, 2. BELIEVE, & 3. RECEIVE. Executing this law, life can fully be lived with enthusiasm only if you enjoy everything you have in your life.
Gratitude is at the Core of all the Major Religions
Jain Agamas, Canonical texts based on Mahavira’s preachings, are filled with the teachings of gratitude, appreciation and service. There is a profound connection between spirituality and gratitude. While these two characteristics are certainly not dependant on each other, yet spirituality is capable of enhancing a person's ability to be grateful.
As it is said in Dasavaikalik scripture 9 / 2 / 13, 14 & 15 followed by 16 as:
"Kim puna je suyaggaahi
Ananthiyakaamaye
Aayariyaa jam vayebhikkhu
Tamhaa tam naayivattaye"
Meaning:
"The householders, who want to acquire expertise in various arts and crafts in order to earn their living or to serve others, willingly tolerate their teacher's extreme hardships and discomforts. They worship, honor, salute and pay sincere respect and gratitude to the teacher for the knowledge he has imparted.”
To acquire mundane knowledge when people can do so, then what to say of those who are eager of spiritual uplift? Therefore they should be very particular about not going against the order of their spiritual teachers or Guru.
An enlightened Guru with auspicious intention transforms his disciple through his presence and spiritual knowledge. Thus disciple must show reverence for the Guru. He should follow the path lead by Guru and remain grateful to him forever. It is the thanksgiving from a humble disciple to a teacher, expressing his or her gratitude.
When you learn to appreciate others’ generosity and excellence; you will become able to improve your inner self!
It is a great inspiration from Lord Mahavir for students to honor their teachers for imparting knowledge and wisdom to them.
Because the two most important words in the English Language are "Thank you.” These two words show significant power to bring harmony in any relations. This is true for business success, for social pleasure, even for self-actualization.
For business success, a thank you tells that you have a genuine interest in that person and the business relationship. For social interaction, expressing gratitude is equally important to show how you value the other person and the social relationship you have with him. Thank you is a bonding phrase. Above all thanksgiving is most important on a personal level for our own happiness. This is true for anybody who has ever lived, but it is even truer for us today.
Consider how much we have. More than any of our ancestors, we live in the Land of Plenty. We have more than anybody who lived at any time before. And for those of us who live in the developed world, we have more than most people on our little planet even today. I’m not just talking about “stuff.” We may have digital color televisions and computers that take us around the world faster than the speed of sound. And we may have all comforts.
But “We Have So Much More Than Just Stuff. Consider The Following:
Freedom: More of the world lives in a democracy than ever before, and democracy is becoming more open.
Opportunities: With freedom and affluence comes opportunity. We have more opportunity to make more money, to earn it the way we wish, to choose our profession, our location, even our lifestyle. Women have just about reached equality with men in most of the developed world.
Knowledge: Media made all kinds of information available to people. Now it became easy to improve knowledge that is intelligence power, but emotional power is still lacking.
Health: Just surviving past childhood used to be a major accomplishment. Now we expect to live into our 80s or 90s. And we demand - to have exceptional health care all along the way.
This list could keep growing, but these are the major benefits of living in the twenty-first century, especially in the developed world. What does that have to do with thanksgiving and happiness?
In Buddhism "Gratitude is the key to unlocking a more open and rewarding perspective on life. And, the more our life expands, the more profound our sense of gratitude becomes, to the point where we can feel appreciation even for the problems we face in life.”
A traditional Islamic saying states that, “The first who will be summoned to paradise are those who have praised God in every circumstance” The prophet Mohammad also said, Gratitude for the abundance you have received is the insurance that the abundance will continue.”
In Judaism, gratitude is an essential part of the act of worship and a part of every aspect of a worshiper’s life. Along with the prayers, faithful worshipers recite more than one hundred blessings called breakouts throughout the day.
Gratitude is viewed as a prized human propensity in the Hindu tradition. Worship with gratitude to God is a common theme in Hindu religion.
