It is JVB London`s great pleasure to invite you, your family and friends to the 2nd Annual New Year Preksha Meditation Camp (3days camp) organized by Jain Vishva Bharati London with the blessings of Acharya Mahapragya and under guidance of Samani Prasanna Pragya and Sambodh Pragya.

This will provide a perfect opportunity to develop much-needed physical, mental and emotional strength and peace for the year 2007 and beyond. Preksha meditation offers an opportunity to adopt spiritual practices without normal distractions of daily life.

Dear Participants

At the request of the Samanijis, please note the revised time-table for the above Camp at the Sayer Centre.

The programme now starts at 8.00 am
(and NOT at 9.00 am as previously planned).

The Yoga and Pranayam session is now for two hours - 8.00 am to 10.00 am to get full benefit of various exercises.

Those who wishes, will have thier blood pressure and/or weight cheked before the start on the first day and at the end of the second session of Yoga and Pranayam on the second day to monitor the changes in two days.

Registration, welcome, introduction (to the two-day event) and lecture on meditation is on Friday - 29-12-2006 - 8.00 pm to 10.00 pm and everyone attending the two-day event should plan to come.

Please see the attached time-table which has now slightly changed.

Please arrive by 7.45 am for a prompt start,
