Sunday morning programme of Bhaktamar recitation to be followed by a lecture on Uttaradhyayan Sutra by Respected Samani Prasanna Pragyaji will resume from Sunday, 4th May 2008 and will continue every Sunday.

The programme  for the Sunday class will be as follows:

1 Yoga 09:00 to 10:00 2 Bhaktamar 10:00 to 10:30 3 Meditation 10:30 to 10:50 4 Lecture 10:50 to 11:30 5 Gyanshala (Children’s class) 10:30 to 11:30

Please also note that a new programme on weekdays (Monday to Friday: 7.00am - 8.00am) for spiritual upliftment has been added. The timetable will be as follows:

1 .Preksha Meditation 07:00 to 07:30 2 Mantra Recitation 07:30 to 07:45 4 Arhat Vandana and Bhakti  07:45 to 08:30
