He encouraged the students to take active participation in the camp to assess their interest and aptitude. Mr. Jai Shankar the Chief Counselor motivated the participants to do whatever they like most.

The most wonderful address was of Samani Jin Pragya ji. She said that everybody should learn three alphabets viz. “A, B & C”. A stands for “Ability”; one should have the ability and should do to the best of his/her ability, B stands for “Behavior”; which paves the path for success in one’s life and finally the most important C, which stands for “Character”. The most important aspect of one’s life is his/her character. A strong and successful personality builds on these three pillars. Everybody present in the camp was delighted with the blessings of Samanishri Jinpragya ji.

All the students and some of the parents have undergone the “Guilford-Zimmerman Interest Inventory Test” comprising of 150 statements from various stream and the NEO Personality Inventory Test comprising of 60 statements representing different attitude of a person. The Tests were self scored by the participants under the guidance of Shri Jaishankar.

Counselling Session:

After the lunch break, an Interactive Counseling Session held under the panel comprising of Shri Gautam Choraria, DM, Janjgir Champa and Yuvak Ratna of Terapanth Samaj for legal stream, Shri Sanjay K. Alang, Additional Collector, Revenue Department, Govt. of Chhattisgarh for Administrative Stream, Dr. Chandan Agrawal, Former Chairman of JAYSES for medical stream, Smt. Ritu S. Jain, Former Chairperson of CICASA for Commerce & Science Stream, Shri Sushil Daga, Software engineer for IT stream, Shri S. K. Jain, President TPF for Corporate Stream and Smt. This panel of experts shared their views and experience about their respective career. The idea was to encourage a free and frank discussion among all the participants and to resolve their doubts and queries on career and future prospects in light of the results obtained in the psychometric tests. This Session was very effectively handled by eminent panelist speakers and they suggested new avenues, right perception and the various ways to know one’s true talent.

Very interesting principles have emerged from this session; mainly principles of three “V”s and the principle of “POM-POM” life. In principle of three Vs the alphabet V stands for Visualization, Verbalization and Versatility. Visualization is for dreaming your aim, verbalization is planning and versatility is for adoption or execution. Principle of “POM-POM” Life means living the life with peace of mind and plenty of money.
