TPF Raipur has successfully organized programme on "Kaise Ho Vyaktitva Ka Vikas" in the auspicious presence of Eminent Scholar Samni Shri Shukla Pragya Ji and Samni Shri Bhavya Pragya Ji on 17th November 2013, Sunday at 11.00 AM at Amolak Bhawan, Sadar Bazar, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.

The programme started with "Mangalcharan followed by Sangh Gaan" presented by Dr. Mamta Jain, CA Chanda Pincha, Smt Shobha Sethia and Smt Ritu Pokarana. After this Mrs Ritu Choraria, President of TPF, Raipur Branch humbly welcomed the Eminent Samniji and the all the dignitaries present in the program. She briefed the programme schedule, the purpose and the expected outcome of the programme. She said that we all are concerned with the degradation of our values system of our society. An individual's personality is an aggregate conglomeration of the decisions they have made throughout their life and the memory of the experiences to which these decisions led. There are inherent natural, genetic, and environmental factors that contribute to the development of our personality. We also know that there is an urgent need to address such issues but feel helpless in addressing them. A certification course called "Preksha Life Skills" launched by JVB, Ladanu is an outstanding answer for such concerns. The program shall deal with the introduction of PLS course and its expected result on the human personality. Thereafter Smt. Ritu Choraria respectfully invited Samni Ji to enlighten the members and others present in the Programme.

Samni Shri Shukla Pragya illuminating the topic of "Kaise ho Vyaktitva ka Vikas" told that every person in the individual life wants to climb the ladder of success; nobody wants to lose. How we can achieve success in our life correlates directly with our personality. She presented her views through a beautiful and educating power point presentation. According to her a groomed personality can easily be resembled with the term "PREKSHA". She elaborated the term "PREKSHA" in the following manner:

"Positive Attitude" refers to the positive outlook towards one's life. "Whatever happened is happened for good" if we follow this simple statement; we will make our life easier for ourselves and others around us too. Do all the work on a positive note and you will feel a world of a difference in you. People around you pick your mental moods and are affected accordingly. Think about happiness, good health & success and you will cause people to like you and desire to help you because they enjoy the vibration that a positive mind emits.

Have own opinion and don't mind to share your opinions and thoughts with others. You will see that you will soon develop in your individuality one you start to take responsibility for your own mistakes as well as for your actions. You will be able to achieve the greatest aims and goals, by being enthusiastic what you are doing. So always make sure that you know the purposes of your aims as well as the reasons you want to achieve them. Get enthusiastic by motivating yourself with some excellent rewards that you really aspire to get, once you have reached your aim. She played a motivational movie displaying the life of a man with no arms and no legs. He can swim, play golf, deliver motivational speeches and does everything which a normal person can do. If the physical challenge cannot beat a person from achieving the bests in his life; then what can stop us.

On Kindness she explained that people often aim to develop an identity for themselves which are adorable and easy to be noticed by others. Its something that everybody wants, but very few are able to develop their personality in aforementioned way. Well, there is no shortcut for self development, but there are few things which help instantly in developing a unique identity. Kindness is among one of those personality traits which can truly refine the identity of a person. Kindness is a behavior marked by ethical and virtue characteristics, pleasant disposition and concern for others. It's is a virtue, and recognized as a value in many cultures and religions.

Next one is Smile and nothing works better than a big smile when it comes to interacting with people around. Star your day with a pleasant smile. Wear your smile while interacting with others. Smile not only helps in enhancing an individual personality but also winning others heart. A smile can change anyone's mood and will always create a good impression about you. A smile can set you free from bonds like sorrows and worries. Smiling face play a vital role in the enhancements of ones personality.

Humbleness is one of the important aspects in personality development. Humble people seem to be characterized by an accurate view of themselves, understanding of their strengths and comfortable with them. Part of being humble understands that you will make mistakes and understand that everyone else makes mistakes. Being humble is being modest. You are not arrogant or prideful. It means that the person does not consider him superior or inferior. He does something without even taking credit for it.

Lastly is the Appreciation is all about understanding. When you show your appreciation to someone, you are thanking them, but you are also telling them that you understand what they have done. Understanding personality types is helpful for appreciating that people are different, everyone has a value, and special strengths and qualities, and that everyone should be treated with care and respect. She then briefly described the course structure, registration process and the time schedules.

After this the Felicitation ceremony of "Shreni Arohan" of Samni Bhavya Pragya ji started. The president briefly introduced the spiritual awakening path of Samni Shri. Terapanth Mahila Mandal presented a Mangal Bhawna Song in the honor of Samni Shri Bhavya Pragya Ji. Then Samni Shri Bhavya Pragya Ji address the gathering and enlightened all the present for following the spiritual path.

Shri B.L. Jain, Ex Amrit Sansad n Patron member of TPF, Raipur; Shri Uttam Chand Ji Gandhi, President Terapanth Sabha Raipur, Shri Anil Dugar, President Terapanth Yuvak Parishad, Raipur and Shri Jeet Mal Jain, President Anuvrat Vahini, Raipur also expressed their Mangal Bhawana for the promotion of Samni Shri Bhavya Pragya Ji from Saman Shreni to Saint Shreni. The programme was concluded with a vote of thanks by Shri Avinash Jain, Secretary TPF Raipur. The program witnessed the eminent presence of Shri Surendra Choraria, Zonal Vice-President, TPF East Zone, Dr. Chandan Agrawal, Ex-President of JCI, Shri Narendra Dugar, Working Committee Member, SJSTM, Dr. D. Bhansali, Kishan Sharma, Software Engineer and Mrs Lalita Dhariwal, President Gyan Shala Raipur and her entire Team.

The programme had a great success with the blessings and presence of Samni Shri Shukla Pragyaji. More than 150 people have been benefited through the programme from. The participation was from Chhattisgarh and Orissa states.
