Anuvrat Vishva Bharati (Anuvibha)
A Global Institute for the Study and Promotion of Peace and Nonviolence

The last two decades are marked by catastrophic incidents of violent clashes among the various groups of multicultural societies in many parts of the world. One also sees marked hostility among various nations giving rise to the possiblity of nuclear destruction. This makes it imperative for all the forces of nonviolence and peace to join hands together to save mankind from such a disaster. It was felt that it is time the Anuvrat Movement was carried overseas. In order to spread the Anuvrat Movement globally, ANUVRAT VISHVA BHARATI was established in 1983. A huge complex consisting of several blocks of rooms has sprung up on the top of a hill overlooking the famous lake at RAJSAMAND near Udaipur. ANUVIBHA is being developed as a global institute for the study and promotion of nonviolence. It has already established fraternal ties with more than 60 international peace organizations and is a member of the International Peace Bureau, Geneva.
