Contemplation of Health

  1. Select a Posture
  2. Mahapran Dhvani (6 times)
  3. Kayotsarg (5 minutes)
  4. Resolution
'I am practising contemplation for good health. My internal energy keeps me healthy'.
  5. Perception and Contemplation:
  • Concentrate your conscious mind on Swasthya Kendra (Centre of Health) situated four fingers below the navel. Visualize bright blue colour like that of peacock's neck and chant the mantra "Om hrim namo loe savvasahunam" (two-three minutes).
  • Now concentrate your conscious mind on the Anand Kendra situated near the heart and contemplate:
    1. My mind is becoming peaceful.
    2. My mind is becoming balanced.
    3. My mind is becoming healthy.
    • Repeat these sentences aloud three times. Now mentally contemplate on the same.
    • Breathing exercise:
    • With every exhalation, experience all the toxins are discarding out. My body is detoxifying. Every cell of my body is becoming healthy.
    • With each and every breath, particles of health are entering your body. With every breath, experience the healthy cosmic energy around you. Feel that with each breath the cosmic energy is entering your body.
    • Create a mental image of any power deity like Mahavir or Bahubali. Experience a transformation and gradually realize oneness with your deity.

     6. Conclude the Dhyan with Mahapran Dhvani (6 times).
