It seems that each cell, each breath and each thought of Acharya Tulsi was dedicated to fortify the life of the self and others. He tried to build up the life and character of individuals in the society through his discourses and discussions. He was a true devotee of "MANAVA DHARMA (Human Religion)". Introducing himself he would say, "I am first of all a human being, secondly I am a monk and afterwards a religious leader or Acharya".

He worked tirelessly to disseminate the message of humanity not only from a poor man's cottage to the Presidential Residence, but even to foreign countries and international platforms.

Once, while addressing a huge assembly, a man stood up and asked, "Are you a Hindu or a Muslim?" Acharya Shree answered, "I am not a Hindu because I do not have a Choti (a lock of hair) on my head, nor am I a Muslim since I was not born in a Muslim family." The man countered, "Who are you then?".Acharya Shree said simply, "I am a human being by birth. I am also a Jain because I am trying to conquer myself."

The answer given by Acharya Shree surprised the man when he gave an answer which was beyond caste, colour or creed. This is the reason Acharya Tulsi was not only limited to Terapanth sect. He was adored by the people from all walks of life.
