Endeavours In Making Efforts
People who work in a balanced sincere way and put in all their effort are met with success. To be successful a person may have to undergo many hardships. But he or she has to be courageous. For a person with courage and tolerance, hardship meets with success. Courageless person cannot handle hardships.
Once Acharya Bhikshu was in Pali (Raj), a town in Mewar. Once after the discourse, two people got into a discussion on metaphysics with Bhikshu swami. Their discussion carried on through the whole night.
Bhikshu swami was awake for the whole night. It was morning. He woke his disciples up. His disciples wanted to know when Bhikshu swami woke up.
Bhikshu swami told them that they should ask him what time did he sleep that night. He did not sleep that night but he had actively participated in the discussion.
It is rightly said - A hard working and determined person will be endowed with spiritual wealth. The goddess of wealth will come to them herself. People who worry about luck instead should work hard and with courage. If after trying hard, a person is not successful, they should not complain. It is nobody's fault.
