All the subjects, selected on the random basis for the program were divided in two groups. 100 subjects were kept in control group and another 100 constitute the experimental group. The subjects of experimental group were given training of yogic exercise module comprised of Health Rejuvenating Yogic Exercises, Asanas and Preksha Meditation for one and half hour in the morning hours, whereas control group subjects were not given any such training and live their routine life without any specific instruction.
