At the onset of experiment, the mean value of RRI of control group of subjects was 0.87 ± 0.09 sec., which reduced insignificantly to 0.86 ±0.08 sec. after 90 days of experimental intervention. At the same time, the mean values of experimental group of subjects were increased to 0.92 ± 0.09 sec. at 90 days from its basal values of 0.89 ± 0.09 sec. Such change in experimental group of subjects was statistically significant (P d".0001) as shown in table E 23.

Table E 24 and Table E 25 are showing a continuous significant increase in the mean values of RRI at 2nd follow-up phase (180 days) in comparison to the basal mean values in experimental group of subjects. A significant difference was also noticed in between 1st follow-up and 2nd follow-up periods. However in control group of subjects no such significant changes were noticed at any follow-up stage.
