In order to solve the problem significantly either an affirmative or negative testable statements have to be produced in terms of the theory of the probability These statements are known as hypothesis. In regard to the present proposed study following hypotheses are drawn:
- The subjects of experimental group will show decline in Muscular activity.
- The subjects undertaking the practice of yoga will show a different pattern of brain waves in which the omission of alpha brain waves will be much more as compared to the control group of subjects at different levels of observation.
- In the subjects of experimental group the regular practice of proposed yogic practice module will show significant reduction in heart rate.
- There will be significant decline in both systolic and diastolic components of blood pressure of experimental group of subjects.
- The PR segment, QRS segment, ST segment, PR 'interval, QT interval, ST interval RIV, QT/QS, and PQ interval will be found significantly altered (increased/decreased) in the subjects practicing Yoga.
- There will be a significant change in the 02 & C02 in expired air and the Breathing Rate will decrease.
- The experimental group of subjects will show significant improvement in various respiratory functions namely Peak Inspiratory flow rate (PIFR), Peak Expiratory flow rate (PEFR), Vital Capacity (VC), Forced Vital Capacity (FVC) and Maximum Voluntary Ventilation (MW) as compared to the control group of subjects.
- The experimental group of subjects will show significant improvement in the HDL Cholesterol and significant decline in LDL, HDL, VLDL and triglyceride.
- A significant increase in Haemoglobin, RBC Count may observe in experimental group of subject where as ESR, Blood Glucose will decrease.
