Preksha Meditation & Human Health: 4.1 Subject (Sample) Selection

A random sample of 200 adult and healthy male and female subjects in the age group 20 to 30 years will be selected randomly from the local vicinity of ladnun, Haridwar (UK) and Lonavala (MH) before incorporating them in the program. Their written consent was obtained before including them in the study and case history, daily routine, profession, socioeconomic status was recorded. The subjects free from all sorts of acute/chronic diseases and in moderate type of professional life including university students, teachers and office personal incorporated in the study.
