Position of the body as mentioned in 'State of the Body'. While keeping the left leg straight, bend the right leg to place the sole of the foot near the knee.
- While breathing in, touch the floor by the right knee over to the other side of the left leg. Turn the body towards the left and neck towards the right. Come to the original position while breathing out.
- Now reverse the process by keeping the right leg straight. While breathing in, touch the floor by the left knee over to the other side of the right leg. Turn the body towards the right and neck towards the left. Come back to the original position while breathing out
