The state of the body will be the same as in the previous exercise. Turn both the knees keeping the feet straight on the floor. Take care that the feet should touch the buttocks.
- While breathing in, turn the knees towards the left to touch the floor. The body should also turn towards the left and the neck towards the right. Come back to the original position while breathing out.
- While breathing in, turn the knees towards the right to touch the floor. The body should also turn towards the right and the neck towards the left. Come back to the original position while breathing out.
