Preksha Dhyana: Yogic Exercises: Resolution

Published: 18.04.2010

While adopting the resolution one must maintain a complete firmness and steadiness in one's mind, speech and body. One should purify the heart with noble sentiments. Sitting in a lotus position (Padmasana) or an easy position (Sukhasana), and concentrating on the Centre of Bliss (Anand Kendra), One should recite these sentences with folded hands:

  • I am endowed with consciousness.
  • I am endowed with bliss.
  • I am endowed with energy.
  • The ocean of endless consciousness, endless bliss and endless energy is flowing in me. It is the aim of my life to realise it.
