Aditi Mudra (TirThankar Mudra)

Idols of most Jain Tirthankars are found in this Mudra hence this Mudra is also called Tirthankar Mudra.

Procedure: Place the tip of the thumb on the base of Ring finger. Keep all other four fingers simply straight. Benefits:
  1. This Mudra prevents Sneezing and Yawns. This also helps in removing hindrance while practicing Meditation.

  2. People who suffer with sneezing problem after awakening or bathing or suffer from continuous sneezing problem, gets benefits by practicing this Mudra.    

  3. Benefits of Spiritual increases if this Mudra is practiced during that period.

  4. This Mudra is also practiced while placing Idols or deities.

Yoni Mudra

Procedure: Join the tip of both the Index fingers. Now fold Middle fingers and place them over Index Fingers, near the thumb. Tips of both the Middle fingers should be touched with each other. Now join the tip of the Right-hand Ring finger with the tip of Left-hand Small finger and similarly join the tip of Left-hand Ring finger with the tip of Right-hand Small finger. Keep both the thumbs together. This forms Yoni Mudra.

Benefits:

If this Mudra is done by any man, he can easily practice Brahmacharya and overcome his sexual desire. This helps in continuous progress in practice of Brahmacharya.
