Meditation is the most effective tool of psychological transformation. Acharya Shree Tulsi was a great meditator. He had a belief that regular practice of meditation could bring a qualitative benefit to one's life. He expressed his confidence very clearly and gently, " Through meditation, if there is no positive transformation in one's lifestyle, beliefs, attitude, and habits, then one should closely examine either the process or the direction of the meditation one is practicing." He personally experienced that meditation aids in imparting good health, purity, effulgence, concentration, steadiness of mind and sincerity.
An incident reflects the awakening of the power of concentration that Acharya Shree achieved through meditation. During a stay in Naal, small town of Bikaner district, he came up with a new idea. He mentally composed poetry expressing historical stories. Surprisingly, during the day he created the poetry and later - during the evening program among his audience, he sang and explained the poem without putting it on paper. The following day, he wrote the poetry down on the paper. Later, this work was published in the form of a book. This demonstrated deep concentration and creativity which was possible because of the uninterrupted practice of meditation.
It seems that in his life sharp memory, innovative ideas and self-awareness were the results of regular practice of meditation.
