Ganadhipati Tulsi always insisted that Acharya Mahapragya gain experience in all fields of life. So in 1996, Ganadhipati announced that his successor, Acharya Mahapragya would pilot the Maryada Mahotsav celebration at Charawas, a small village in Rajasthan. Everybody was astonished at this proclamation. For Acharya Mahapragya was almost always with Ganadhipati Tulsi and never alone. Acharya Mahapragya himself didn't want to go without his Guru. But as it was the instruction of his Guru, he obeyed. Acharya Mahapragya was accompanied by many sadhus and sadhvis on his journey to Charwas for the Maryada Mahotsava celebration.
