His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman preached in today's Prime Sermon that, we can keep Sanyam (austerity) on our eating habits by maintaining tongue and Indriya (sense) Sanyam. It is reckoned that overcoming the tongue is difficult. Winning over the tongue is arduous among all the five Indriyas. But the winners can win also. So the arduous work which is surmountable can be strived for.
