his email is to inform our community that we will have elections to replace the BOD & EC members whose term is ending in 2016.
There are only 2 categories this year-
1 BOD position with 2 active candidates.
7 EC positions with 11 active candidates.
Election committee would like to invite the community on Saturday, October 22nd @ 10:00 amin the Aradhana hall, to meet the candidates, hear their presentations and ask questions if any.
A detailed email will be sent on Sunday, October 23rd explaining the electronic voting process, along with the candidates’ YouTube presentations and bio data. We would like our members to be better informed about the candidates before they cast their votes starting Monday, October 24th.
