His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman preached in today's Prime Sermon that, though it is a high level thing but still we should try not to get in Raga as well as in Dvesha. We should practice Industriousness to live in equanimity and reduce getting in the Raga and Dvesha. These Raga and Dvesha can take our psyche towards chaos.
