Awakened state of Spine (Susumna) is highly useful for Meditation and Concentration.
The cartilage between both the nasal passages is the gateway to spine.
Breath should pass nasal passage by touching this cartilage.
While exhaling, hold the breath at root of nose (the junction below the Center of Intuition). This helps in awakening the Spine!!!
