Ahimsa Yatra reached Pondicherry today.
His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman preached in today's Prime Sermon that, there are some reason of one's restlessness. If one has excess desires then he becomes restless and sad. If fear, tension are inside then one becomes sad. If someone gets angry then also he can become sad. We may not totally overcome our desires but we should reduce our desires for living a peaceful and fortunate life. His Holiness explained this with a Sanskrit shloka of holy books- overwhelm the desires, grief will get overwhelmed itself.
