Ahimsa Yatra reached Kumbakonam today. A huge number of lay followers accompanied the Vihar and engrossed in the Prime Sermon.
His Holiness Acharya Mahashraman preached in today's Prime Sermon that, the one who gets angry is not the big one but the one who tolerates is big and gentle. We should not even anger others. So the resolution or try of not getting angry is restraint in that quantity. It is acceptable that if De-addiction, honesty and avoiding anger in life is restrained.
