15-day Preksha-Meditation Training Course 19 May - 6 June 2008
(Under the guidance of Samanijis & Swami Dharmanandji)

Monday to Friday 7:00am - 8:00am
at JVB Centre, London

In this course the following 4-steps will be taught:

  1. Relaxation (Kayotsarga)
  2. Internal Trip (Antar-Yatra)
  3. Deep-Breathing and Alternate-Breathing (Dirgh-Shvas Preksha and Samvritti-Shvas Preksha)
  4. Perception of White color on Centre of Enlightenment (Jyoti-Kendra Preksha)

    Course certificate will be provided to the participants at the end of successful completion of this course.
