Salient features and message of the seminar are discussed below.

Different aspects of happiness, quotes by famous people and happiness from Holistic Inner Science were presented including effect of intake of food were discussed for happiness.

Some basic questions were posed and answered like, ‘Am I having a balanced, holistic living or happy, harmonious, rich, meaningful inner living? Am I clear about purpose of my life? What keeps me bugging? Do I have mental baggage? How can I resolve or manage my inner self in various situations- like clashes, dis-adjustments, some untoward or sad event, and illness? Am I living mechanically in a rut or with correct understanding and awareness?
Holistic Inner science is the science of our own life and living, science of ‘I’ with mind, body, speech and surroundings with natural regulatory system, ‘Relative’ and ‘Real self’, Purush and Prakruti or Pure conscious and matter. It provides understanding of Fate-Free will, Charge- Discharge of Karmic bonds, and Cause - Effect. It throws light on everything from ‘art and Science of daily living to absolute pure knowledge-the ultimate’. Relative inner self having mind, reflective conscious, intellect and ego, role of belief, Opinions, Understanding - correct/incorrect, Mindfulness and Awareness all were discussed.

Normally, our inner self consisting of mind, reflective consciousness, intellect, and ego, drives the outer self, which is influenced by our opinions, beliefs or vision. Our inner weakness of anger, greed, and pride also plays a vital role. If our goals and aims are positive, outcome would be good. Upon having correct understanding and awareness, one would have awakened living. One who has known “Who Am I” would progress from awareness to exactness. To conceive an idea of ultimate or permanent happiness is ‘to be’ who we are. Today, under the potent influence of self-ignorance, one believes ‘Name’ as ‘I am’. It is called egoism. And with this ‘wrong belief’, also called as the biggest blunder of our life, one starts believing that everything that belongs to the ‘Name’ is ‘mine’. One starts experiencing lasting happiness because unhappiness never seems to bothersome once self-realized.

The seminar had free interactions between speakers and attendees. Life issue questions were answered in detail and to the satisfaction of all. Unique tools for purposeful, happy, harmonious & rich inner living were discussed. Practical experiments were conducted to get rid of problems bothering individuals with unique type of meditation. The seminar was lively and successful. For futher details visit www.hscrf.org
