Sadhvi Maluji’s Chaturmas was in Pachapadara. A Sadhvi named Kiitishreeji was also in her group. One day after sunrise, they went out to the forest for a walk. Sadhvi Kirtishreeji moved a few steps forward, and reached near the bushes. Suddenly, an enraged buffalo came running towards her. Seeing the buffalo charging towards her, she sat down. As the buffalo came nearer, she started trembling. The buffalo, holding her on its horns bounced her far away as a child throws away a ball. As she fell on the thorns, she uttered nothing but only “Om Bhikshu,” Om Bhikshu.” Again the buffalo tried to hold her on its horn, but Sadhvi Kirtishreeji was engrossed in chanting the Mantra. All of a sudden the buffalo stopped. It seemed that some invisible power had stopped it. Hearing the holy Mantra, the buffalo calmed down and returned to its fold.
Sadhvi Kirti shreeji was extremely pained by the thorns and was unable to walk. Certain parts of her body were scratched and bleeding. She called for the Sadhvis, but she was not heard by any one being after distance. She felt severe pain in her legs which were badly injured. However, she reached her destination by dint of the divine Mantra of Swamiji. Having heard this incident the Sadhvis expressed their astonishment, saying that where there is nobody, there stands Swamiji.
