Sadhvi Kalp Lata
Sadhvi Molianaji with her group was going to Karoda from Degana. Sadhvi Lichamaji (Sirsa) was suffering from fever, so she was walking slowly with Sadhvi Jetliaji. They were taking breaks during their journey. The remaining nuns proceeded further.
Sadhvi Lichamaji took rest for a while. Sadhvi Jethaji said, “You keep on walking and 1 shall follow you with our luggage.” As she took the luggage on her shoulders, a fierce bull with long horns came running there. The bull was so furious that it was up- rooting the plants coming in the way, blowing the sand and making terrible noise.
Having a look at the bull, Sadhviji was benumbed and spoke aloud, “O Bhikshu Swami! What shall l do?” Saying this, she looked for a way in order to run away. Apart from the railway line, no other way was possible. At the same moment she saw a man coming there. Sadhvi Jethaji, asking for help from him to save from bull.
He said, “Sadhviji, this bull cannot be controlled. It has killed many people in the village. I do not have any weapons. How can I save you?”
Sadhviji started reciting the Mantra aloud. Just then an idea struck her mind. She planned to lie down on the railway track covering her with a blanket irrespective of the fear of death. Accepting Sagari Anashan she laid down there. The Japa continued. As soon as she lay down there, the bull came near her.
She was scared. Her heart was beating fast and it was difficult to pass each moment. Still she had the divine power which rescued her. The bull started smelling Sadhviji. It stood there for about ten minutes and then it went away from there. As soon as the bull went away, Sadhviji got up, took her luggage and proceeded further.
Sadhviji Lichamaji, who was a little ahead, was intense. She called for Sadhvi Jethaji several times. As she did not receive any response, she turned back. When she met Sadhvi Jethaji, she heard the whole incident and then both the Sadhvijis proceeded together.
After covering a distance of about 2 km, they came across a man whose face, except eyes was covered with a black cloth. Both the nuns started trembling from fear. They decided to recite the Japa of Swamiji.
The nuns moved a head continuously and the man was following them. When he came very near, he said, “Put all your luggage down and stay here.” Saying this he started laughing loudly. The nuns felt helpless, but Sadhvi Jethaji gathered courage and said,” Who are you? It is not proper to speak such rubbish in front of Sadhvis. Uncover your face and I will show you what I can do.” Saying this, both the nuns walked ahead. The man stood there like a statue without any movement and the Sadhvijis escaped safely uttering the name of Swamiji.
