Sadhvi Kalp Lata
Sadhvi Sonaji {Didwana} along with her group was on her Orrisa tour. During her journey she went to village named Karsuun. There lived a man named Jagdish Agrawal who had immense devotion towards Terapanth order and it’s Acharya. When the nuns went to his house for alms he said to them, “This is my 11 year old son. Manoj, who has been suffering from arthritis since along. He was treated by doctors. vaidya’s etc. but it was all to no avail."
The nuns looked at the depressed face of the child and tried to make him mentally strong. They sang religious songs and uttered the auspicious Mantra ‘Om Bhikshu for him. They addressed Manoj, “You have to lie down for the whole day, you must be tired therefore take the support of the Mantra. It will shed off your karmas and you will feel fresh."
Manoj asked, “Will I become healthy by chanting this Mantra?”
Seeing a light of hope in the eyes of Manoj, the nuns instructed him to chant the Mantra ‘Om Bhikshu’ with dedication.
The nuns went back to their place and narrated the whole story to the other nuns. Sadhvi Sonaji said, “I too will visit him in the evening.”
Meanwhile the child was full of spiritual joy and was continuously chanting the Mantra. While chanting the Mantra he thought of getting up. When he tried to get up he felt that he could do so. On bending his knees he did not feel any pain which encouraged him to chant the Mantra with more faith and enthusiasm. While chanting Mantra constantly for three hours, the child felt an extra- ordinary power in him. With extreme happiness, he forgot that he had been ill for last few years. Now he started moving about in his house. His parents were afraid as well as surprised. But they were a little worried.
On seeing him moving about they worried because his legs were too weak to walk. They were equally surprised to see another miracle that their beloved son had started walking. Doctors & vaidya’s were unable to cure their child but it was done by this great Mantra. Now parents felt that the one who has great faith in religion can achieve everything in his life. On seeing their beloved son hale and hearty they bowed to this miracle and to the Miracle Maker.
