Miracle Of Faith: 18 ►Meeting with the divine power

Published: 22.12.2019

Mrs. Jabardevi Bengani, Sujangarh was doing ‘Varsitapa.’ She came to Ladnun to see Acharya Shree from Calcutta. After staying there for a few days, she went to Gangashahar. From there she went to Runecha. While coming back to Gangashahar, she felt severe ache and swelling in both her legs. The pain was so much that she could not budge an inch from her place. With great difficulty she somehow managed to reach her father’s home. The next day, she had to leave for Calcutta, but her father suggested her to cancel the programme.

She could neither sleep the whole night due to the increasing pain nor could she move. She had become totally dependent even for her basic needs. She started chanting the Mantra, ‘Om Bhikshu.’ While repeating it she fell asleep. It" was around 4 o’clock when she felt that a monk with dark complexion and effulgent aura was standing in front of her. He was blessing her. She could not express in words the happiness which she felt on seeing the monk.

No sooner the monk disappeared; Mrs. Bengani got up and sat for the Samayika according to her daily routine. She forgot the pain of her legs. During the period of Samayika, her mother came into the room and asked, “Was it necessary to do Samayika right now?” After Samayika, she narrated the whole incident of the night. Everyone was astonished on hearing the incident. The only explanation which they could give was that it was the miracle of her intense faith in Bhikshu Swami. It is becoming stronger day by day.
