Kamajayi Mudra

Procedure: Keep your thumb at the base of your little making all the fingers stiff. Benefitsthis mudra helps you to cope up with sexual desire.
Parivartan Mudra (Good Night Mudra) Procedure: This Mudra should be done before sleeping by lying on the bed. The fingers of both the hands should be trapped with each other and hand should be placed on the Anand Kendra.

Apply pressure with the fingers of both the hands alternatively. When pressure is applied with the right-hand fingers then left-hand fingers should face the sky and vice —versa.
