Effectual techniques for getting relief from stressed life

  1. Always live in the present. Don't think about the past nor imagine the future. Preksha Dhyan Therapy teaches us in the present. Preksha Dhyan gives freedom from physical, mental and emotional stress. Adopt this Therapy and make your life happy.
  2. Don't compare yourself with any other person and don't get tensed after comparing because there is nobody on the earth similar to you.
  3. Everyday spend some time to look into yourself. This is wonderful way to reduce stress.
  4.  Always remember that a person who is criticizing you is actually your friend because he inspires you to remain alert every moment.
  5.  Life is Sangharsh, learn to live with it.
  6. Never be jealous of anybody. Developed feeling of friendship for the others.
  7. Developed positive thinking. Avoid negative thinking as it is the biggest reason of the stress in the life.
  8.  Don't insist that whatever you are saying is correct. Listen to others carefully as they might also be right.
  9.  People always look and compare with the person who is in higher position than them hence feel sad. If a person who doesn't have shoes, compare with a person who doesn't have leg’s, will never get stressed.
  10.  Stay away from the laziness and perform your work actively.
  11.  Biggest treasure is Satisfaction. We should try and inculcate this within us.
  12. Before sleeping in the night, we should spare five minutes every day and should think about the activities carried out in the entire day.
  13.  Always think good about others, and the same comes back to you automatically.
  14.  Time is very precious and importance element. Adopt time management.
  15. Don't speak more than what required.
  16.  Stay away from reacting on everything.
  17.  Try to improve your present. Your future will improve on its own.
  18.  Stay away from the feeling of revenge.
  19.  Don't keep difference in what you are saying and doing.
  20.  Don't keep thinking about those things which you don't have.
  21.  Make politeness and tolerance apart of your life.
