In other words, a person is called alive till he continues breathing. The moment he stops breathing he is declared dead. With this we can understand the importance of the Breath.

Difference from Breathing by Nose and Mouth:

It is essential k y to breath the right way to always keep our body healthy and fresh. We should always breath from the nose. Some people developed habit of breathing by mouth. They are unaware of the fact that breathing by (nose is natural and healthy practice. While breathing by mouth increases the chances of a person to get disease.

Breathing from the nose is not only very beneficial and healthy but it also gives power to our energy system. It leads to increase our energy level. When we breathe from our nose, small hairs present in the nose works as a filter. They perform job of filtering and cleaning the air. It separates and filter dust particles and bacteria which are normally present in the air. In the inside of nose there is a very thin layer of Sleshm which further prevents these particles and bacteria, if they enter the nose along with the air. This sleshm also moisturise the air and heat the air. This way inhaled air becomes perfect for the sensitive part of our lungs. This way our breath provides more energy.

In the Preksha Dhyan therapy, invented by Acharya Shri Mahapragyaji, Deep Breathing Preksha is being taught. In which we concentrate on the breathing while taking deep breath. This way deep breath converts into energy to our body. By practising Prekshadhyan Therapy, by concentrating on the breath, we can provide air to different parts of our body. Hence this air converts into different frequencies of Energy. If we practice deep breathing in the early morning, then our entire body can be filled with the energy.

Scientific Breath:

As per the scientific point of view, full Breathing starts with inhaling and exhaling slowly. Breathing in the right way means full uses of our collar bones, diaphragm and lung muscles. It means complete uses of all three types of the muscles while breathing. You can yourself analyses whether you are breathing in correct way or not.

Just put your hand on the navel. Take a deep breath. As you inhale breath your diaphragm muscles spread and stomach gets inflates. When you exhale breath your diaphragm muscles and stomach get shrunk and your hand will automatically go in.
