Saman Siddha Pragya was initiated by Acharya Tulsi. He was the disciple of Acharya Mahapragya. He was a native of Ujjain, the city of Mahakal. Influenced by desires to meditate and feeling a sense of detachment for worldly pleasures, he got initiated into the practice of Preksha Meditation. He also practiced Science of Living and did his post graduation from Jain Vishva Bharati Institution (Deemed University Ladnun). He conducted many training camps on Preksha Meditation and Science of Living in India and abroad. He was also volunteering his services regularly as per requirement. During the training programs in the camp he laid emphasis on physical health, mental peace, balance of emotions and spiritual progress. In the process he could recall previous births up to four janmas (previous births).
On 2nd May 2005 intense training was given in yoga and Preksha Meditation. Some tips to improve concentration and experience the past life were given. The practice of kayotsarg had taught them how to relax and be free of stress. At the same time with Bhay mukti preksha, the mind and heart were relieved of fear. The mind was filled with fearlessness. In a state of alertness, the command is to keep watch and be alert to the breath, breathing and holding, and balance one's mind without hatred or ill will in the present state. A firm resolve in the mind and a strong desire to see the previous birth was the focus.
