Concentrating on the agya chakra between the eyebrows repeat the mantra 108 times.
Method:
Take your arms, hands touching at the base and spreading out on either sides like a lotus leaf, while inhaling. Pause. While exhaling bring down your arms.
Benefits:
Reduces shoulder pain and decreases tummy girth. It also improves mindfulness and develops detachment.
