The Secret of Past Lives: Breath, Mudra or posture, Yog nidra (sleeping state in yoga) and Bhav or emotions

Published: 12.11.2017

Mudra: The mudra or posture and emotions influence each other. Glandular secretions are determined by emotions. With the repetition of rage and passion, the person's nature also becomes such.

Breath: With practice in right manner of breathing, life energy can be improved. Slow and long breaths absorbs all life energy and exhaled breath collects all toxics in the system and throws them out. Due to this energy, breathing, intrinsic nature and memory improves.

Yog nidra: Yog nidra is also essential to a healthy life just as breath and posture are. Before acquiring balance in sleep it is necessary to relax the body with Kayotsarg. In Kayotsarg not only do problems fall off, but a certain physical and mental balance is restored. To be able sleep well every day yog nidra is an invaluable tool. It appeases the tension created by sleeplessness, insomnia itself and restlessness. It is a very simple and easy technique. At night, after lying in bed, with the lights off, weave your fingers together and stretch your hands above the head, thus stretching the entire body. Push the feet ahead and the hands behind. Come back to posture with your arms on either sides of you. Repeat the same process again. After doing this three times, leave the body loose and relax, close your eyes, draw slow and deep breaths and visualize that with each breath, peace is spreading all around you. Write 5 on the agya chakra with your thumb and feel peace...peace... peace. Automatically you will wake up at 5 in the morning.

Vidhayak Bhav: Negative emotions weaken and destroy a person's energy. The first step for a person who thinks auspiciously is to wish no one harm, wish everyone well. Good, positive energy is the king of good thoughts. With good thoughts, one's conduct becomes good which in turn makes for a good character. The one who has good conduct is like God on earth.
