Method
Lie down on your back on mat. Move your consciousness through each and every organ and muscle of body relaxing them. Exhale very slowly further relaxing body.
Ardhapavanmuktasana Right (A)
1. Inhaling deeply lift right leg and bring it towards right side of body.
2. While exhaling straighten leg.
3. Inhale deeply and bend right knee and bring it upto chest. Touch heels to buttocks, flex foot and point toes outwards.
Ardhapavanmuktasana Right (B)
4. Exhale and place interlocked fingers on knee. Lift head and touch nose to knee.
5. Inhale, straighten neck and place it back on floor.
6. Exhale slowly, release fingers and straighten leg. Repeat asana with left leg.
