Yoga A New Life Style: Nishidanasana

Asanas, which are performed comfortably in a sitting position, are called Nishidanasana. The following asanas are performed by varying the positions of hands, legs and the torso.

These asanas award practitioner physical, mental and emotional well being. With regular practice of these asanas a person achieves physical health and mental development. Humanity and strength are acquired and the steps on the path of spirituality are ascended with ease through practice of Siddhasana, Yogamudrasana and Padmasana. Tensions are also released. There is all round development and practitioner acquires spiritual powers.
