The distortion of the functions of our senses is the cause of the diseases. In a broad sense, this means that you should not over-excite your senses related to speech, form, taste, smell and touch. Exaggerated uses of the senses or their over-excitement become the cause of the diseases. That is why it is necessary to control the senses. Control of the senses is the basic formula of our health. It is very important to know the methods of the brain-control to attain the state of self-control.

Getting up, sitting, sleeping, standing, breathing etc are minor functions. But the more we show an awareness in these functions and the more restrained we are, the more elegance they would bring to our style of living and our life would be full of joy.

A healthy brain is the symbol of a healthy life. Self-restraint is the constituent of a healthy brain. From this it can be said that the main constituent of a style of living is self-restraint. A style of living governed by self-restraint is the precious treasure of health.
