The centre of the paryapti with regard to the senses is in our brain. The centres for hearing and seeing are also in the brain. The centre for the paryapti with regard to the respiration is in the brain.

The respiratory system can be called the centre that governs its functioning. The centre for the paryapti regarding respiration is also in the brain. We absorb the group of particles pertaining to speech. When we change those material particles into speech and disperse them our speech finds its expression. The paryapti regarding speech performs three functions: absorbing appropriate particles of matter, transforming them to suit its functioning and then dispersing them. These three functions apply to every paryapti.

The sixth paryapti is related to the mind. Its centre is also in the brain.

These six kinds of paryaptis are our vitalities. Health is very closely related to them. If' the paryapti regarding food is proper, then one's health would remain good and we would be able to overcome the obstructions in the way of our health. Our biological capacity to fight against diseases would remain intact. The whole responsibility lies with the paryapti regarding food. So long as the paryapti regarding the body is in proper state, health would be good. When there is some disturbance in the natural state of these paryaptis, germs and bacteria from outside can attack a person and he falls victim to some disease or the other.

However, only when the power of resistance against diseases is linked not only with just one system but with all the six vital powers, would it be possible to maintain health. When the functioning of the thyroid glands is disturbed, the Process of metabolism also gets disturbed. A person becomes ill. Whether there is hyper or hyper of the thyroids, one's health deteriorates.
