Once upon Sadhvi Pankumariji (Pachapadra), Mankanvarji (Rajaldesar) and Pramoda Shreeji were passing through a dense forest. Due to fatigue, Sadhvi Mankanvarji along with other nuns was walking slowly. While they were on their Way, they saw two persons in that solitary jungle having no trace of human beings or animals. The nuns were free from any kind of fear and suspicion, so they did not pay any attention. Suddenly those two persons came forward and tried to take away the belongings which the nuns had on their shoulders.
The nuns screamed, "What are you doing?” Saying this they took some steps backwards. They couldn’t understand whether they were drunk or angry. Again one of them attacked the nuns and threw away Sadhvi Mankanvarji along with her load on the other side of the road. Sadhvi Pramoda shreeji called for help. The other one took out a knife and threatened them and said, ‘If you would make any noise, I will out your neck.’
Sadhvi Pankumariji who was standing a little distance got terrified watching the whole scene. But she gathered her courage and started chanting the Mantra, ‘Om Bhikshu’ loudly.
Sadhvi Mankanvarji was old, weak and feeble.
Still she made an effort to stand and prayed, “Swamiji! You are the only one who can protect -us in this forest.”
Not a single voice could be heard in that dangerous forest. All of a sudden a bus came there carrying about forty passengers. Seeing the bus those two persons ran away and the nuns had a narrow escape.
