Bablu, son of Nemichandji Pagariya of Maharashtra, was eight years old. One Sunday while playing" he went on the road and unfortunately, was run down-by a truck. As soon as his parents got the news, they rushed the scene and took him to the hospital. Seeing the serious condition of the child, the doctors refused to operate him.
