Unit 1. Sound

The language becomes melodious, clear and gentle with the practice of Mahapran dhvani

Sound is the set of waves of the words
Be alert with the harsh and rough language
A language is  lifeless without the sound
I hope of relationship is gained through the sound
Like the humming sound of bees creates harmony in the brain
This is called as Mahapran dhvani. May it be again and again in the rhythm
.

Principle Content

  1. Melodious voice and sweet language.
  2. Development of Language Prose with proper and accurate pronunciation, poetry and its compilation with recitation and its rhythmic presentation, singing songs etc.
  3. Mechanical devices for sound

Practice and Activities

  1. Compilation in melodious words, jest of the prose, public expression, idioms, jokes, poetries and prayers.
  2. Witness- To get introduction of friends, guardians and strangers
  3. Acting.
  4. Vocal Music, lyrical poem, solo presentation and group presentation of the prayer, songs, poetry etc.
  5. Writing an article on the basis of silence and restraint language.

Learning Outcomes

  1. Development of memory and increase in concentration.
  2. Accurate pronunciation.
  3. Increase in self-confidence.
  4. Efficiency in prose, poetry, and song presentation
  5. An activity of compilation.
  6. Respect towards the language.
  7. Wisdom to use restraint speech.

Unit 2. Resolutenes

The intense desire, freedom from the addiction and the acceptance of Anuvrat is achieved through resoluteness.

With the power of resoluteness the habits are rectified.
A person achieves healthy body, mind and purity of thoughts.
All the activities are performed through resolute­ness in the world. A wise becomes a human and everybody starts saluting him
.

Principle Content

  1. Resoluteness is a power. Develop it.
  2. The process of Resoluteness- Why and How?
  3. To be firm with the Resoluteness and make it a character
  4. To create a restraint life.

Practice and Activities

  1. To take Resoluteness for non-attacking activities, truth, sin­cerity, right use of the senses.
  2. To know the good qualities of the great men and women and to determine the self according to them. To imbibe their great­ness in life as a resoluteness.
  3. The compilation of great and thoughtful speeches of great people.
  4. Inspection of the self habits, resolute to remove the bad habits and resolute to imbibe the good habits.
  5. Involving in co curricular activities.

  • To march ahead towards the restraint life.
  • The efforts towards imbibing the values of great person.
