Contemplation of Fearlessness

  1. Mahaprandhavani                                                        2 Minutes
  2. Kayotsarg                                                                    5 Minutes
  3. Breath pink colour. Experience that the atoms of pink colour are all around you. These pink atoms are entering within your body with your breath.                   5 Minutes
  4. Meditate with pink colour on the Center of Bliss.
  5. Concentrate your mind on the Center of Intuition and Con­template.
  6. My fearlessness is increasing.
    My instinct of fear is diminishing.

  7. Recite these sentences 9 times and then meditate on them for 9 times. 5 Minutes
    Contemplate-
    Everybody tries to frighten one who is afraid. Fear makes one a coward. Nobody supports a coward.
    I firmly resolve to practise fearlessness to develop my inner strength.
    I am sure I will attain freedom from fear.    8 Minutes
  8. Complete the practise with Mahaprandhavani.    2 Minutes

In this way to establish the values the practise of contem­plation is important. Only the discourses, explanations etc. are not enough. In the same way practise contemplation for all the values.

Contemplation of Friendship

  1. Mahaprandhavani      2 Minutes
  2. Kayotsarg       5 Minutes
  3. Meditate with blue colour at the center of Health or the center of Energy. (Naval is the center of Health, lower end of the spinal cord is the Center of Energy). Experience that the at­oms of blue colour are all around you. These blue atoms are entering within your body with your breath.       5 Minutes
  4. Concentrate your mind at your chosen Center and Contemplate-

    I believe in human relations therefore I will be friendly with all, I will maintain the feeling of friendli­ness towards all.

    Recite these sentences 9 times and then meditate on them for 9 times.      6 Minutes

    The following are the obstructing elements in friendship -
    1. Insistence: I will practise to give them a chance to choose in the place of insistence.
    2. Difference in thought: I will respect the thoughts of my friends and will try to understand them.
    3. Difference in interest: I will respect the interest of my friends.
    4. Difference in selfishness: I will not give importance to my selfishness. I will practise in the interest of all. 10 Minutes

  5. Complete the practise with Mahaprandhavani.    2 Minutes
