Science of Living is an art of living. Artistic life is the great life. The goal of science of living is to establish the healthy personality. It is only the healthy person who can establish the healthy society and the healthy nation. Resolution of Anuvrat becomes a base in personality development. Preksha Dhyan strengthens it, Science of Living implements it in the life. By accepting Anuvrat, Preksha Dhyan, Science of Living and Training in non-violence; the culture and rituals can be renowned. A complete practical training is a must for this manifestation. Science of Living Teachers Trainers Guide is integrated to enable the teacher/trainer for practical training. An effort is made to include the practicals, which will enable one to apply non-violence in daily living through the chapter "Teaching in non-violence". From several years of experience, and instead of giving different books to students, teachers and guardian; it was chosen to furnish the comprehended knowledge of Anuvrat, Preksha Dhyan, Science of Living and Training in non violence in a single book. That's why the total material is being compiled in Science of Living Teachers Trainers Guide. The compilation of Science of Living Teachers Trainers Guide will be useful to all and it will be a great asset for the trainees. This nectar of Science of Living, which has emerged from the compassion of Anuvrat Anushasta Shri Tulsi, Acharyashri Mahapragya will grant a new life to education. We hope that the trainers will distribute this grace in education.

Keeping in mind the practical requirement, in this Guide, few chapters of science of living are being presented in short. To supplement the same, the study of "Science of Living Teacher's Directory", Science of Living part 1 to 10 and other related literature should be used.
